Reason's automations are wonderful ! Did you ever noticed this little squeak when you change a delay's steps when a sound is passing through it ? Then, just automatise it with random values and you have birds :D Weeeelll, strange birds... Is this track closer to drum & bass ? Does it deserve the name drum&bass ? tell me...
lol i know those birds when u cahnge the steps ... it's funny to use in live :) put a bit more feedback on it and it becomes really funny !!!
This can pass as drum'n'bass :D but rework the drums, they need to more 'complex', to keep the track interesting better ad another drumline, also a 'more present' kick would do well. There are some real nice ideas behind this track, especially tyhe dark vocal is nice, rework the drum, and you've got yourself a nice DnB track ;)
